Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Paypal
  • Visa \ Mastercard \ UK Maestro (Switch)
  • Cheque (subject to 10 working days clearance)
  • Cash (collections only)

Payments are accepted in GBP £ only.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment, as this is the quickest and easiest method. We do not charge a fee for paying via Paypa. Simply follow the simple checkout procedure to complete your payment quickly and easily through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still make secure online payment using your credit/debit card. Again, follow the simple checkout procedure. We can also accept credit/debit card payment over the phone, or cheque via post. Please note cheque payment is subject to 10 working days clearance, your item will not be despatched until the cheque has successfully cleared our bank.

If you are collecting your item, you may pay cash or credit/debit card on collection, or in advance through Paypal. We are unable to accept cheques on collection.

Delivery

Delivery is made using a contracted courier. Delivery should be within 14 working days from the time your order has been received.

Since we utilise a courier firm, to carry out our deliveries we are unfortunately unable to give a firm indication of delivery times. Deliveries are made between 7.30am and 5.00pm - Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays). You will receive a despatch notification e-mail the day your goods are despatched from our warehouse. Delivery will then normally be next-working day, though it may take 2 days. If there is nobody to accept the delivery, a card will be left and redelivery will automatically be the next working day. If a second failed delivery attempt is made, then the goods will be returned to the couriers' local depot, from where you may collect the goods. Please note, the goods are only held for 7 days after the second failed delivery. Any further delivery attempts will be chargeable to you.

Prices include delivery to mainland UK. Delivery to any non-mainland addresses can be arranged at cost and is subject to confirmation before any order can be processed. Please contact us and we will be happy to confirm shipping costs. Areas such as Isle of Wight fall into this category, and delivery availability needs to be confirmed before placing your order.

Returns

Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Before returning goods to us, please contact us to confirm the return, and to enable us to process the return. If, when your item is delivered, there is damage to the outside of the boxes, please sign the delivery note 'damaged packaging & unchecked'. Inspect the goods carefully and contact us if there are any problems within 48 hours.

Colour Reproduction

The products illustrated on this web site are as seen, the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. The Trading Post accept no responsibility for variances in colour due to the customers' monitor. If in doubt about the actual colour of a fabric or chair material please contact us before making your purchase.
